I noticed on Saturday that my system wasn't working so I called and left a message at the office, wasn't really expecting a callback considering it was a weekend. But surprisingly I got a callback a few minutes. The lady I talked with was very pleasant and offered to send someone out that day but since it wasn't an emergency I decided to wait until Monday. First thing Monday I called a call from the tech(Cody) saying he was about 10min away and sure enough he was there on time and after about an hour our system was back online.
